中華民國移民商業同業公會 (以下簡稱本會)係國內唯一在內政部督導下，經由合法移民業務機構組成之『移民同業公會』，於民國90年7月成立 (其前身為台北市移民商業同業公會-民國81年6月成立)。本會獲內政部評鑑為「全國性社會暨職業團體」特優團體。
本會會員皆為內政部移民署特許核准之合法專業移民顧問公司，在移民領域中累積了許多寶貴人脈，面對各種客戶需求及全球法規的更迭亦是身經百戰。本會會員公司之業務範圍為移民海外、移入台灣、留遊學代辦及各國簽證辦理，同時也積極開發全球優質投資標的，提供給消費者更多選擇。
